The colonial town of San Agustín, province of Huila, Colombia was founded in 1790. Around the same time, the first Catholic church was built. . The Central Church of the parish of Simon Bolivar is located on the main square of San Agustin Parque Principal The church was open and almost deserted. I was able to see all the details of the colonial style without interference. . . . . . . . . . . .
